Some members quoted that they hold a second H-1B. Because these second H-1Bs do not fall under any quota, this is a USCIS given gift for us, considering how slowly they process our applications.
I plan on taking up a part-time H-1B job on hourly basis. Please give me any suggestions you have.

My situation is tricky here. I would really appreciate any inputs.
My six years validity for H-1 B will be complete in Mid Dec 2007. I filed my Labor on March 5th in Atlanta. As you know the ATLANTA center is really really slow and I am still waiting on my Labor approval decision. I thought of applying 140 through Premium Processing. Now USCIS suspended premium processing for 140s. My question is:
Whay will be my situation if my Labor gets approved and 140 is pending as of dec 2007 as the LC is filed with less than 365 days remaining on H1 validity? Will I be out of status or can I apply for 7th year extension.
Please guide me through the process and any scenarios. Thank you in advance.

Was with a bunch of D3 users!!
Nice machine. They were taking images long after the 1Ds and 1D "3"s gave up in the light....
Will be interesting to see how they deal with the noise.

Hello,
I am a canadian of Indian Origin.I was granted US Immigrant visa under the EB3 category at the Montreal US consulate in 2004.At that time I could not take my family for the interview and we chose to take their Visa later.after 5 years now we have decided to move to US (I am on commuters GC now) and has been trying for an appointment for my family at the consulate in Montreal. The consulate has informed me couple months back that there is no visa number available and my priority date is also not current (our priority date is Mar 2002).Is there any way out of this as I read now that the priority date is stuck in 2001 for a few years now and there is no real chance of moving ahead any time soon.I realise now that maybe we should all have taken the visa at that time instead of just me.Now I am stuck , is there no special case for my type of case as I had already been granted Visa earlier or since My case was already approved in 2004? I will appreciate any help or advise.
Thank You
CanadianAmerican.

Sorry Steve,
I was using a different web browser (Mozilla) and it wasn't showing the image. I've always used it and it has worked fine, but for some reason these two pics it won't show. On Explorer it will, sorry for the trouble. All ok.
