I'm trying to figure out how to make a 3d vector animation of a person walking or dancing. more specifically, the outline of a person walking/dancing.
I've seen this before on other sites, but can't remember where. sometimes it's the 3d outline animation, sometimes its asingle-color 2d animation. does that make sense. I'll try to post an example if I find one.
Anyway, does anyone know this process or know of a place that shows how it's done? thanks.

my current situation is like this.
i have H1B with Company A and it is valid till next year but i moved to Company B past two years back i worked with them now no job he said he is terminating h1b, so can i stay with previous company A (once i get the job i can switch to him until then can i stay with there h1b or not) or i will be in illegal status plase help me out.:confused:
and what actually be the Termination process of h1b

I was also doing my part-time when I went for Visa ... For 33, I did say "yes" and gave the University name.
Not sure if IO looked at it ... did not ask me any questions regarding that ...

I currently have a green card and I am filing a I130.
On part B question 14, (Date and place of admission for or adjustment to lawful permanent residence and class of admission), what is the correct way to answer "place of admission for or adjustment to lawful permanent residence"?
I received my employment based green card after filing I-485 and adjusting status. My AOS was approved while I was here in the US.

Hi,
I am currently on 8th year of H1-B, employer to file for 9th year H1 extension next week. Labor filed in Dec 07, denied in Jan 10, appealed immediately. Currently awaiting response to the labor appeal. H1 expires in Jan 2011.
I work for a consulting firm and my client has been requesting me to join full time as an employee, willing to transfer H1 immediately. My question to the experts is
If I change employer, will I have to start everything from scratch or can i continue the GC from where my current employer left?
And given the current political situation (due to the economy), should I stick to current employer until H1 extension goes through and then make a move (if any possibilities exist)?
Any advise is much appreciated.

Goto ASC and talk with them and explain the situation. Sometimes they will take the fingerprints, without the fingerprint receipt. Try your luck there.

Domicile Certificate i.e. Certificate of nationality shows the date of birth.Can this be used instead of Birth Certificate?

Each application is seperate as each one is for a seperate future job. Filing a new EB2 labor will have no effect on your existing EB3 app.

How much time does it take for 485 to get approved with a visa number available. I applied for 485 after my i-140 was approved. Does the priority date have anything to do with processing for 485?

Recently I transferred my H1 to another company. My H1 and my wife�s H4 got expired on last August 2nd 2007. However, the new company filed H1B application and it got approved 2 weeks back, but forgot to file for H4 extension for my wife. My company is saying they will file for H4 extension (I-539) now, even though her visa/I-94 got expired and she doesn�t have to go back home. Do you think they are on right track? I�d really appreciate if anyone could suggest me on this.

I am planning to visit India soon. I have my AP and an expired F1 visa.
I haven't been to India since I got my H1 approved; so I don't have an H1 visa stamp on my passport at all. My I-797 is approved until 2010.
Can you please advise if I should get my passport stamped with my H1 or should I be ok with my AP?
